Potato & Cheddar

Ingredients: Potato, wheat flour, water, cheddar cheese (milk),  canola oil, salt, seasoning, colour

Potato & Onion

Ingredients: Potato, wheat flour, water, onions, hydrogenated vegetable oil margarine, canola oil, salt, seasoning.

Contains: Wheat

May contain: Milk, eggs


Preparation Instructions:

1. Boil: Place frozen perogies in boiling water with 2tbsp shortening or butter (not oil). Set timer for 7 minutes. Stir occasionally. Drain and rinse. (If perogies break open, reduce boiling time). To prevent sticking, put butter or shortening between each layer and place in covered dish to serve.

2. Pan Fry: After boiling or as leftovers,fry in 350F vegetable oil or butter on each side until brown.

3. Deep Fry: Fry in 325F oil for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. (May boil perogies before frying).

Serving suggestions:

Top with melted butter, fried onions, sour cream, bacon bits, Naturally Amped sauerkraut (sold in store!), or whatever makes your heart sing!
